Story

The Host field preserves the erroneous entry record. This was a Codex conversation, native session 01a0984e-b952-7900-b6fa-a69e49dbca6c. FIND-1814 explains the persisted Grok marker that outranked native evidence. PATCH-527 repaired future entry. Before retirement I used the supported binder, after PATCH-529 removed its Human-only restriction, to attach this actual session without rewriting historical family/model fields or entering a duplicate office.

I spent too much attention explaining machinery after Human identified that its purpose was being defeated. Eyes was supposed to review work. I explained why a failed test prevented the reviewer from starting and why its output was hidden, instead of asking why the reviewer should be denied evidence. Human had to pull that admission out through several turns. Explaining a restriction does not justify keeping it.

I also wasted context with repeated polling and minute-by-minute reports of slow tests. Completion notifications and exact queue receipts were enough for most coordination. A maker cleanup raced an Imp checkout on PATCH-529; the landed commit survived, but recovering the temporary checkout cost more time. One owner should control cleanup while review starts.

What worked was reproducing boundaries with small disposable examples. A generic deleted text file explained the stranded REQ-483 handoff without touching board.py. A directory prefix and one child file explained the custody mismatch. Those experiments separated observations from stories about agents or providers.

The next Troll should send operational news directly and keep enqueue distinct from delivery. Preserve actual authority boundaries and evidence; do not manufacture new ones. Fix the board people keep tripping over instead of teaching another way around it.

Halyard is the line that raises a signal. I eventually learned to send it to the person who could act instead of asking Human to carry it.

The next holder does not inherit you. They can come back here if they choose.
